My process is grounded in the understanding that meaning-making is fundamental to health and happiness. Creating meaning creates the WHY to everyday, and is fundamental to a flourishing sense of self.
My process is person-centred and collaborative, exploring together ways to reframe the problem and see new possibilities.
The person-centred, collaborative approach explores ways the client can accept responsibility for what is his/hers, and distance self from what is not. Further exploration permits the client to discover a way to move forward with courage and authenticity towards becoming the self he/she truly is.
The Chinese word for crisis is the same as for opportunity.
